Restaurant in the old town centre of Bolzano, Italy
Bolzano, Italy, within a historic building in the old town centre, dating back to the 18th century, the restaurant Zur Kaiserkron is an exclusive meeting place where taste typical dishes or sip an aperitif in the company of friends or colleagues.
The restaurant, completely renovated, maintains original pieces of the history and traditions of Bolzano and South Tyrol and offers three different dining rooms to choose depending on the needs to be satisfied.
In the main room, the Kaisersaal, the light of vintage chandeliers, light colors, wooden chairs and luxurious fabrics make the atmosphere particularly inviting to savour the dishes of the rich mountain culinary tradition, carefully prepared using fresh and genuine ingredients. The Atelier, once a photo studio (as proven by the old pictures that adorn the walls) has become a perfect corner to unwind and enjoy a cocktail. The Goethe dining room is the ideal place for a working lunch, a party or a banquet.
The menu varies according to the season and the chef proposes local cuisine and tasty recipes that perfectly combine mountain tradition, Mediterranean influences and modernity.
