A wonderful restaurant. Homely and comfortable with glorious food and an outstanding winelist. There are some real Swiss gems on it and you should find some super high quality bottles. Good service, not intimidating and a resounding part of my memories of St Moritz. You can tell from the knockout bread, for example, that the rest will be world class and it does not disappoint. The chef even comes round and talks to all the tables at the end, clearly finding some old friends amid the customers. The rest of Europe has a lot to learn from here.
