Johri’s Talvo: Restaurant “Relais Gourmand” in St. Moritz, Switzerland
On the edge of St. Moritz, in the middle of an old village, the restaurant Johri’s Talvo is a renowned culinary corner, with 18 Gault Millau points and 2 Michelin stars.
“Talvo” means loft for storing hay, in fact the building is an old alpine farmhouse, which goes back to 1658 and has been restored with care by its actually owners and transformed into a refined restaurant in the Swiss Alps.
Antique and original furnishings create the perfect setting for tasting the delicious combination of French cuisine and mountain traditional specialities. Each dish is prepared using fresh and natural ingredients and can go with an excellent wine, selected from the rich Talvo’s wine cellar.
