Chamonix, restaurant Le Rosebud

Restaurant Le Rosebud Chamonix France

At Chamonix, at the foot of the imposing Mont Blanc, gourmets will be seduced by the original and refined cuisine of the restaurant Le Rosebud, set within the Chalet Hotel Jeu de Paume.

Cooking his delicacies the chef has developed a real art of mixing herbs and spices that come directly from the restaurant aromatic garden.

It’s not easy to choose between the different suggested courses… Why not to taste the Regional Menu, which includes:
- Tartare of freshwater crayfish from Leman Lake;
- Braised veal loin, lard of Arnad and rissole of reblochon;
- Alpine cheese selection;
- French toast in a savoyarde gateau with stawberries and lemon balm.

If you prefer some exotic dish, here’s the World’s Flavours Menu:
- Simmenthal beef with Sarawak pepper gravelax style, marinade and crackers;
- Candied suckling pig with mango and vanilla from Tahiti, sauté noodles with vegetables;
- Alpine cheese selection;
- Filled coconut with Creole pineapple and pepper sorbet.
