Restaurant Stube Hermitage Madonna di Campiglio

Madonna di Campiglio, Italy, restaurant Stube Hermitage, set within the Bio-hotel Hermitage (appreciated as one of the 15 best hotels of the Alps and placed by the Michelin Guide among its selected “Pleasant Hotels”), represents the perfect location from which to fulfill every gourmet desire.

A cosy and elegant ambiance where to savour the tasty and fresh recipes prepared by the chef who combines, in a creative way, modern cooking with mediterranean tradition.

The various menu offers different courses including some typical Hermitage dishes, for example: mushroom with garlic and parsley, slices of meat, cheese sauce and candy tomato; whole wheat tortelloni (home made pasta) with smoked cheese and red chicory; braised beef with wine and potatoes cream.
At the end of your meal, don’t forget to leave some space for dessert… a chocolate small cake, a vanilla crème brulé or a babà with rhum and honey? It’s very hard to choose!

From the last winter, the restaurant proposes also refined dinners for minimum of 6 people in a typical mountain refuge. A good idea to spend a special and memorable evening with close friends feeling the wood fragrance, the warmth of the fireplace, the delicious menu and the pleasure of being together.
